PlumbPrep is an independent online revision resource for learners studying Level 2 and Level 3 plumbing theory in the United Kingdom. The website is operated as a sole-trader or small business and can be contacted at plumbprep.co.uk@gmail.com.

PlumbPrep is not an awarding organisation, college, training provider, employer or official examination body. Using PlumbPrep does not constitute enrolment on any qualification programme and does not guarantee or imply an exam pass, certification, qualification, employment, professional registration or professional competence. Performance messages shown after a quiz are motivational indicators only and must not be treated as official assessment results.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, including your real name and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at plumbprep.co.uk@gmail.com.

Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent access restrictions is not permitted.

Visitors may use PlumbPrep without an account or payment. Free access includes a sample of questions from each topic and short five-question practice quizzes, including full marking and answer explanations.

PlumbPrep Pro is available on a Monthly plan (billed each month) or an Annual plan (billed each year). Pro unlocks the complete Level 2 and Level 3 question bank, flexible quiz lengths and additional features as described on the subscription page.

Current prices are displayed on the subscription page before you proceed to Stripe Checkout. By completing a payment you agree to a recurring subscription at the displayed price and interval. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. PlumbPrep does not collect or store your card details. Stripe’s terms and privacy policy govern the payment process.

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account page. Cancellation prevents your subscription from renewing at the next billing date.

After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. At that point, your account returns to free access. No partial-period refunds are issued automatically, but billing errors may be raised with us at plumbprep.co.uk@gmail.com.

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom are not affected by these terms. In particular, nothing in this section restricts your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You agree not to:

• Share, sell, redistribute or sub-licence access to PlumbPrep or its question bank
• Systematically scrape, copy, reproduce or extract question content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the website or its services
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate another person or provide false account information

The PlumbPrep name, question bank, design, content and software are owned by or licensed to PlumbPrep. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the website without prior written permission.

We aim to keep PlumbPrep available and accurate. We reserve the right to amend, update or withdraw any feature, question or content at any time, including to correct errors or inaccuracies in the question bank. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

The website is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may carry out maintenance from time to time.

To the extent permitted by UK law, PlumbPrep’s liability in connection with the service is limited to the subscription fees you have paid in the twelve months preceding the relevant event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of earnings, loss of professional opportunity or exam failure.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, particularly in relation to unauthorised account sharing or scraping. We will endeavour to contact you before doing so where possible.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PlumbPrep after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when the terms were last revised.
